EXPOLIFE is entering the next round in 2027 – and continues to grow. Following the sold-out 2025 event with a waiting list, the exhibitor registration phase has now officially started.
From March 18 to 20, 2027, Messe Kassel will once again become the meeting point for the healthcare retail sector.
The strong demand from the industry has clearly shown how important personal exchange and a central platform like EXPOLIFE are. That’s why the exhibition will be expanded by an additional hall in 2027. For visitors, this means above all: more exhibitors, more topics, and even more opportunities to gain a compact overview of products, solutions, and market developments.

At the same time, exhibitors benefit from new placement options and the opportunity to increase their stand space.
In terms of content, EXPOLIFE remains true to what defines it: bringing together the full spectrum of the healthcare retail market in one place. From traditional medical supply products and rehabilitation technology to orthopaedic and orthopaedic footwear technology – complemented by services, digital solutions, and new approaches for everyday business in the sector.

There is also an organisational update: opening hours have been adjusted for 2027 to make planning visits even easier. The exhibition will be open on Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00.

Companies interested in exhibiting can register now. For returning exhibitors, it pays to act early: those who register by July 2026 can secure their previous stand location. Hall planning will take place in August, after which the remaining spaces will be allocated. The registration deadline is December 2026.
All signs point to continued growth – and to an EXPOLIFE 2027 that offers even more space for exchange, new connections, and real business opportunities.
