Your rented stand space does not include stand construction. If you require stand construction, you can order both system and individual stands as well as rental furniture from our stand construction partner W&M Werbung und Messebau. Please note that according to trade fair regulations, at least one floor covering (e.g. carpet) and partition walls to neighboring stands or to the hall wall (except for block stands) must be installed.
As the trade fair organization, we take care of cleaning the grounds, halls and aisles. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their stands. Please order stand cleaning directly from our service partner BIW using the order form below.
Waste disposal during the trade fair is included in the service fee. Please simply place the garbage bags in the aisle after the end of the fair.
Exhibitors and stand constructors are responsible for the proper disposal of stand materials, in particular floor coverings, packaging, bulky waste and building rubble during dismantling. The costs for the disposal of any items left behind shall be borne by the exhibitor.
General surveillance of the exhibition halls and the outdoor area during the trade fair is provided by the trade fair organization. General supervision is provided during the set-up and dismantling periods. If necessary, exhibitors must order stand security themselves using the stand security order form. Stand guards may only be provided by the security company Klug Solutions. External security guards are not permitted.
As soon as exhibits have been delivered after stand construction, you should not leave your stand unattended. Although the halls are locked after the stand has been set up and the fair has closed, it is generally advisable to have an additional stand guard. In any case, you should lock up valuable goods at night.
When dismantling begins, we also recommend that you only leave your stand after valuable exhibits have been loaded. If this is not possible, please order a stand guard from the end of the event until the start of your stand dismantling.
