Early stand construction is possible on Monday, 17.03.2025 on request and for a fee. Exhibition stands whose construction has not begun by Wednesday, 19.03.2025, at 15:00 will be set up by the organizer, unless otherwise instructed. The resulting costs shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Exhibitors have access to the halls from 08:00 a.m. on presentation of their exhibitor pass.

Please note: The hall must be vacated by 12:00 noon on March 24, 2025.
No stand may be completely or partially cleared before the end of the event! After dismantling, the exhibition area must be restored to its original condition. The exhibitor is liable for any damage caused by improper handling. Please contact the exhibition forwarding agent Kühne + Nagel in the event of deviating delivery times or storage/interim storage.
TICKETS & EXHIBITOR PASSES
Since EXPOLIFE was launched, admission has been free of charge for trade visitors. To obtain a ticket, trade visitors must register online in advance on the trade fair website and provide their contact details. Registration for trade visitors will be open from November. We ask exhibitors to include the link to trade visitor registration in their invitation campaigns and forward it to their customers.
You will receive the exhibitor passes as e-tickets from January 2025 via a link. The passes are only valid when personalized. The exhibitor passes authorize access to the exhibition halls and the trade fair party and must be presented upon request. Exhibitor passes are free of charge! No passes are required for set-up and dismantling.
TRAFFIC & PARKING
Exhibitors can park in the designated parking areas of Messe Kassel without a ticket/parking pass and free of charge:
During the days of the fair:
– When accessing the halls via the EAST entrance, exhibitors should use parking area D
– When accessing the halls via the WEST entrance, please use parking area A
Unfortunately, there are no charging stations for electric vehicles on the exhibition grounds.
Special parking spaces for people with walking disabilities are available from the trade fair organization. Please send a request to: info@sanopact.de
During set-up, special traffic regulations apply for access to the exhibition grounds (with deposit).
No vehicles may be parked on the grounds. During the days of the fair, the grounds (within the fence) must be kept clear of vehicles. Exhibitors and visitors may park free of charge outside the grounds in the designated parking spaces. An exception applies to vehicles with a special parking permit. This applies to disabled persons and to a limited extent to supply vehicles.
During the set-up days, vehicle drivers may stop at the designated areas near the halls for loading and unloading. Upon completion of loading and unloading, vehicles must be removed immediately and can be parked free of charge in the designated parking spaces (outside the grounds). Fire department access roads and escape routes must be kept clear.
Car/transporter parking time 1.5 hours + DEPOSIT 50 EUR
Trucks: 3 hours + DEPOSIT 100 EUR
During the days of the fair – before the start of the fair between 08:00 and max. 09:00 – cars and vans may enter the grounds via Gate F for loading and unloading. Once loading and unloading is complete, vehicles must be removed immediately and can be parked in the designated parking spaces (outside the grounds). Fire department access roads and escape routes must be kept clear.

Only a limited number of forklift trucks are available on the exhibition grounds. To avoid waiting times, we strongly recommend that you register your requirements in advance with Thomas Köpke / Kühne + Nagel and make an appointment.
Do you want to deliver goods early and ensure delivery to your trade fair stand? Please use the service of Kühne + Nagel. Kuehne + Nagel will accept the delivery for you and store it until the time of delivery.
It is not possible to deliver goods before the start of the trade fair.
Delivery is only possible from 18.03.2025, the delivery times depend on the set-up and event times with naming of the exhibitor with hall and stand number, a recipient on site, with first and last name, as well as mobile phone number for the acceptance of the shipment. Materials that you would like to have delivered to the hall (on 18.03.2025 at the earliest) should be clearly marked and sent to the following address:

WARNING
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that providers of unofficial exhibitor directories, hotel brokers and other trade fair-related services are repeatedly causing annoyance among organizers and exhibitors. These companies send out forms to exhibitors at German trade fairs that give the impression that they are offering a free entry in the official exhibitor directory of the trade fair organizer.
However, the small print actually conceals high costs.
As the organizer of EXPOLIFE, we would like to point out that these companies and their exhibitor directories have no business relationship with EXPOLIFE or the trade fair organization.
We would also like to emphasize that you will only be contacted by Sanopact GmbH for trade fair media.
