Stand construction

Your rented stand space does not include stand construction. If you require stand construction, you can order both system and individual stands as well as rental furniture from our stand construction partner W&M Werbung und Messebau. Please note that according to trade fair regulations, at least one floor covering (e.g. carpet) and partition walls to neighboring stands or to the hall wall (except for block stands) must be installed. Electricity and water installation

Your rented stand space is equipped with a standard 2 kW power connection, type Schuko. If you require additional connections, please use the order form below.

Ceiling suspension

Ceiling suspensions are only possible in Hall 5!

Ceiling suspensions are only available in Hall 5 on request. The maximum height of the suspension points is 8.5 m and is provided by the (local) service partner Realution Group / Real Audio GmbH. Maximum point loads of 10 kN per point can be applied Almost all suspension points are generated by individual pre-rigging.

To check whether the planned suspensions can be realized, please contact us, including a technical drawing with the following information:
– Dimensioned sketch with the positions of the desired suspension points
– Number of suspension points required
– Clear alignment of the stand on the sketch (stand neighbor…)
– What type of suspension is required? (250 kg or 500 kg chain hoist, 130 kg wire rope holder)
– Suspension load per point
– Load plan for total, individual and line loads
– Do you also require the flying truss and the lighting system via the service partner?

Stand construction approval

Assuming that the Technical Guidelines are complied with in the design and construction of the stand, it is only necessary to submit drawings for approval for stand constructions in the halls if the construction height exceeds 4m. For all stands equal to or larger than 50 square meters, an inspection will be carried out solely from a design point of view. For such stands, floor plans and elevations must be submitted to the trade fair organization up to six weeks before the start of the event. Special structures and special constructions must also be submitted to the trade fair organization with corresponding drawings, building specifications and static calculations in accordance with German standards.

Submission for approval by 06.02.2025 at the latest

Please note that there are partial height restrictions of 3.80 m in Halls 1+2 and 3+4 (see hall plans).

Stand numbering

At the end of the second set-up day, Wednesday, 19.03.2025, the stand number including retaining clip will be attached to each stand. Please ensure that the stand number is clearly visible on your stand at the start of the fair. The stand numbers must remain visibly attached to the stand for the entire duration of the event.
